Our Strata Team

Our staff have been carefully chosen over the years, based on their abilities, qualifications and experience, bearing in mind not only where they would fit into the company now, but more importantly in the years ahead, as we grow.

Each has shown an initiative to perform their duties by taking responsibility. The principal attributes required are integrity, accuracy and a constant high quality product produced.

We endeavor to provide them with the training and support they need to do their respective tasks, enabling them to service our valued clientelle.  It is our aim that they will then be able to assist one another - from the mailing, filing and photocopying clerk, through to the production of the annual accounts and the manager taking the AGM. The support within the office is a network, no one is expected to do anything without the help they feel they need to do the task requested of them.
