When is the AGM due?

The Annual General Meeting is due one month either side of the First Annual General Meeting, ie, within 11 to 13 months of the date of the First AGM.

Eg if the First Annual General Meeting was held on 13 May 2002, then the subsequent AGM's must be held between 13 April and 13 June each year thereafter.
