This includes regular updates to the committee via our secure portal on:

  • Copies of work orders, quotes, and incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Monthly building status report
  • Monthly treasurer’s report (moneys paid /received and bank accounts’ summaries and statements)
  • Monthly list of changes to strata roll (newly settled owners)
  • 3-4 Newsletters per year highlighting changes to legislation or ways to save your scheme money.
  • Insurance renewal notices and copies of insurance cheques received
