Our response time is a maximum of 4 hours (between 9am – 3pm Mon-Fri).

 You will receive a ticket no. when this email is received and an update once the work order has been issued to a contractor.

Note: in some circumstances (for costly repairs) the matter will need to be referred to the Executive Committee – if this is the case you will receive an email from our team advising of this.
